The process of renting one of our short-term apartment typically involves several steps, including booking, check-in, and check-out. Here’s a general overview of the process:

1. Booking:

  • Search and Selection: Start by searching for aparments in our listing.
  • Booking Request: Once you find a suitable listing, review the listing details, including photos, descriptions, and reviews from previous guests. If you’re satisfied, you can send a booking request to us with your desired dates.
  • Host Approval: We will receive your request and can choose to accept or decline it. If we accept, your booking is confirmed, and you’ll be charged for the reservation. You can then pay via bank transfer or paypal.

2. Pre-Arrival Communication:

  • After your booking is confirmed, you’ll have the opportunity to communicate with us through telefon and whatsapp. This is a good time to ask any questions you may have about the property or your stay.

3. Check-In:

  • Arrival Information: We will provide you with information on how to check in, including the address of the property, instructions for accessing the keys or entry codes, and any other relevant details.
  • Meet the Host: We meet you in person to provide keys and show you around the apartment.
  • Property Inspection: Take some time to inspect the property and report any issues to us.

4. During Your Stay:

  • During your stay, you have access to the property and can enjoy the amenities provided by us. Be respectful of the property and follow any house rules or guidelines set by the host.

5. Check-Out:

  • Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Please respect this time. We will probably have followings customer who would like to checkin.
  • Clean-Up: Leave the property in a tidy condition, following any check-out instructions provided us. This typically involves cleaning up after yourself, disposing of trash, and returning keys or access devices.
  • Communication: Let us know when you have checked out and if there are any issues or concerns.

6. Post-Stay Communication:

  • After your stay, you can leave a review for us.
