  Özcan is a very good host, he is very responsive and when there was a small issue he called immediately even if he’s not there. The place is amazing and... read more very clean and though it’s not at the heart of Istanbul it’s very close to transportation hence why I chose it.
The electricity was cut off for two days on and off but it wasn’t any of the building’s fault and when I addressed my concern to the host he helped to solve with everything he can immediately.
The place was very secure and new and everything is exactly like the pictures and the location is near many restaurants and amenities.
Thanks for an amazing stay.

  The place is very clean. I faced one problem that make me cancel my reservation. I got in there at 3 pm and at that time there were no water... read more and after contacting the host he told me to wait for two hours. So i took my family to the mall near by and waited for 3 hours and then I contacted the host abd told me the water will come at 9 pm please wait. We continue waiting at the mall until 9 pm and when the time come we went back and there still no water. We waited one more hour to give chance to the host. The water came at 10 pm very very weak. I left the place and got refund but my day got wasted. The place is realy clean and good for people who like to stay without cleaning.

  Very happy with my stay. Place was very comfortable. Had everything you could need. Building was safe and quiet. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

The AC is... read more only in one room and might be a bit too hot in the rest of the house. We decided to put the bed mattress in the living room in front of the TV in order to have AC ( the AC is in the living room). Other than that it’s perfect and I would definitely come back.

  I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. I was having treatment in a clinic nearby and it felt like home from home. The apartment is spotless. Has everything you... read more need, Iron,hairdryer,toiletries,cleaning products. Everything. It is 2 mins walk into the centre where there is many shops & restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I had to work on my laptop when I was there and it was very quiet so I had no problems with noise whilst working. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to put a little table and chairs on the balcony so smokers can sit outside. Plus it would be nice to relax there in the summer months! Apart from this it was perfect.

  Transportation to the house was very easy. The house was clean and had all kinds of household items needed. Household appliances are in good condition and working.

Duvarlar kağıttan yapılmış yan dairede ki nefes alsa duyuyorsun ve bunun üstüne bütün dairelerde ‘araplar ‘ 🙂 var uyarmamıza rağmen gece’nin 3-4’üne kadar bir evde 10 kişi hayvan gibi bağıra bağıra konuşuyorlar laftan anlamıyorlar zaten eve girdiğiniz de yatakta kulak tıkacı gördüğünüzde anlıyorsunuz.
